I do not often take the time to comment on service but am so impressed with my first purchase I feel that I must share my experience.
After placing my order I noticed I’d received a refund on my card. I figured the item must have no longer been available, & although bummed since I really needed shortalls I passed it out of my mind until I opened my package today & what did I see?….nestled amongst my purchases were the shortalls with a sticker on them that said “sorry, flawed freebie, refunded”.
I was slightly stunned. I’m still trying to locate the flaw & I appreciate the honesty & integrity you exercised. You did the right thing when no one was looking & treated me the way you would have wanted to be treated.
You’ve earned a repeat client & I will definitely be sharing your sore with all my friends.
